Luxe Couture does not offer any type of returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits for items purchased or special ordered. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before leaving the store. 

Payment Terms

We require a 50% deposit for orders. The outstanding balance is required to be settled within 4 weeks of the purchase date.

Sale/Sample Gowns

It is our policy that sale/sample gowns are paid in full and taken away on the day of purchase unless alterations have been agreed to be carried out.

Alterations

We do have an atelier on site. Alterations can be carried out if required. 

We do recommend a minimum of 2 weeks notice for alterations. 

However, this can be sooner depending on availability.

All length alterations for full priced items are carried out free of charge. 

Fees apply for any other alterations and sale items.
